MORTGAGE CHECKLIST

 

The following information or documentation is usually required during the loan process.

 

For a Purchase:

  • Signed Purchase and Sales Agreement

  • Your Social Security number

  • Current pay stubs and past two years W-2s, or if self employed, past two years of Personal & Business Federal Tax returns

  • Bank statements for past two months

  • Investment account statements for past two months

  • Retirement account statements for past two months

  • Credit card account information

  • Auto loan account information

  • Personal loan account information

  • If the subject property is a condominium, completed condominium affidavit and current budget

 

If a Refinance, in addition to the above:

  • Mortgage Account information

  • Home Equity Account information (if applicable)

  • Home Insurance Policy information

  • Flood Insurance Policy information (if applicable)

  • Copy of recorded deed and/or original owner's certificate of title

  • Copy of most recent Real Estate tax bill

 

Electronic Disclosures:

Each borrower is required to use separate email addresses in order to proceed with electronic sign in and e-consent for communication within this application process.
